Corn tortillas, corn chips, tostada shells. Pork carnitas available on weekends from 6am – 10am. Orders for prepared masa (masa for tamales that is premixed and includes the lard, baking powder, and salt) must be placed a day in advance. NOTE: Masa orders for the week leading up to Christmas must be prepaid here at the factory.
