Here at Open Harvest, we’ve built a grocery store around the idea that simple, natural foods not only taste better but are better for you!

But it’s not just what we sell that makes us special; it’s the values and principles that guide how we run our business. Unlike other area grocery stores, we’re a local, community owned cooperative which means that we can place the health of customers and the quality of our products above profits and revenues. As a cooperative, we are governed by 3000 member-owners who live in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

While member-owners are critical to our business model, the days when you had to be a member to shop here are long gone. Whether you choose to become a member-owner, or not, you’re always welcome to shop at the Co-op.
