D’Agostino at 83rd Street

Two brothers, Nicola and Pasquale D’Agostino, left their little town of Italy in the 1920s and moved to New York, ‘The City of Dreams’, in search of better opportunities. After years of striving, they managed to set up a small grocery store in 1932. This small shop grew to become one of New York’s popular supermarkets. They offer shelves racked with fresh produce of vegetables and fruits, bakery products, dairy items as well as meat and seafood. A family-run operation, D’Agostino boasts of more than ten outlets around the city.
