Founded in 2006 in Louisville, Kentucky, Bourbon Barrel Foods, LLC is a gourmet producer of artisan food products that reflect the rich heritage of Kentucky’s Bourbon Country. Our core philosophy is to make high quality, delicious tasting gourmet sauces, syrups and seasonings adhering to three key tenets: Slow, Small, Simple. Our unique products are aged or smoked in used bourbon barrels that impart a distinctive, compelling flavor profile. Among many unique features, we are the only company in the US that micro-brews soy sauce, and we are the only company in the world that utilizes charred bourbon barrels to age soy and Worcestershire sauces.
